Guided Meditations

Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by a guide. It can be a yoga instructor, a religious guide, a CD or even a recording of yourself playing back to you. During this, guide will instruct you to relax specific muscles in the body until they are comfortable, and will then lead you through mental images and visualizations, often of healing light or the dissipation of past wrongs. Guided meditation can be as short as a few minutes or as long as several hours. Either way, the purpose is to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief.


Meditating with a guide will provide direction. You can follow the voice and instructions of the guide, which provides a distraction from other intruding thoughts.


While you are in this deeply relaxed state of mind, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and your guide will use this time to take you on an inner journey that is designed to improve one or more aspects of your life. For example, a guided meditation might be tailored towards personal empowerment and positive thinking. Another might focus on emotional healing or spiritual development. You might be taken on a guided journey to unleash your full potential, or you may choose to go on a guided meditation journey simply for the sheer pleasure of experiencing profoundly deep relaxation.


As you can now see, a guided meditation can be an experience that is not only relaxing, but one that enhances your sense of self, that transforms your perspective in positive ways, and that inspires you to live your life to the fullest.


We, at Reiki and Tarot Center have designed several Guided Meditations for different purposes. Sometimes we call you at our center to explore these and sometimes we give you the audio recordings. The new guided mediations are designed every month so you have ample of opportunity to choose the one which suits your requirement.
