Esoteric Toning

Toning is the process of vibrating sounds and tones (musical and spoken) to assist the healing process. It is cleansing, harmonizing and healing. It can be used to re-store homeostasis to our energy system.

The voice releases power. It releases it in the direction of our thoughts, thereby sending the energy to the ap-propriate area of the body. We can use the sounds de-signed to balance the entire chakra system, or we can focus on the toning for just one particular area of the body.
