Conscious Breathing

Breath is life. Conscious breathing is the key to healthy body and mind. Most of us don’t even know how to properly breathe as we are never told what is the correct way to breathe. Once we align our breath with our consciousness, we open doors to welcome positivity, happiness and prosperity. For the same, we need to find moments with ourselves where we can commune with the Divine. Breath becomes the focal point. The easiest way to attain peacefulness and calmness is to become one with breath. We teach several breathing exercises which are important and the first step towards any meditation practice. Correct breathing skill purifies the mind, body and soul. It also helps us develop holistic health where breath becomes the corner stone.
