Full Moon Meditation

Moon phases have a deep significance. Moon is a wise Grandmother and according to an ancient lore she was one of the first spirits to be placed in the sky to watch over the children of the Earth.

When the Moon is full, it is powerful and as her children we can ask for our cleansing and healing. This is what we will ask for this Full Moon. This is also a perfect time to Honour her, to love her.

So let's come together this Full Moon to absorb the sacred energies and to send our love to our Grandmother.
